Biography:

​Pascalis Mokupo is an Independent Non-Executive Directo​r of the Board of Airports Company South Africa, a position he has held since 1 September 2018.

Pascalis has experience and expertise in Specialist Forensic Investigations, Compliance Auditing and Monitoring, Corporate Governance, Compliance Training and Education, Professional Indemnity Management, Financial Management and Accounting Solutions, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Cloud Computing, Revenue Enhancement, Turnaround, Financial Services, Financial Services Regulation and Legislation.

Pascalis graduated in 1996 at the Centre for Accounting Studies in Lesotho and commenced his career as at Ernst and Young in Lesotho as an article clerk and spent three years with Ernst and Young after completing his articles. He is a chartered accountant by profession and a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants.

Pascalis has worked for Link Pharmacy as a Financial Manager, Premier Foods as an Internal Auditor, Gauteng Shared Services as a Forensic Manager, Alexander Forbes Financial Services and Alexander Forbes Life, and Financial Services Board as a Financial Manager and Inspector of Financial Institutions. He has served as a Director for SEMA Integrated Risk Resolutions. He is the Managing Director for Regucom (Pty) Ltd.

Whilst employed at the Kruger Mpumalanga International ("KMI") Airport, the passenger growth rose by 26% and the KMI Airport construction was achieved within set timeframes.​
