Z-series), Apple iOS, and Android app stores.

A. No, the app is completely
free. Normal data rates for your cellular operator will apply when downloading
and using the app.
Q. How do I use the app?
A. Using the Airports App is
simple – once downloaded, click on the icon to run it. There are four options -
Flights, Shop and Dine, At the Airport, and To and From the Airport. Simply
click on the icon that you want to use.

A. The app gives you a complete
guide to everything at the airport. Airports App puts the airport in the pockets
of our customers by providing them with convenient tools to find shops and
restaurants, airline and travel information, as well as weather reports and
customer care details. The app also syncs into the Gautrain timetable, ensuring
that passengers travelling to Gauteng have access to alternative
Q. How user-friendly is the app?
A. The app has been
tested to make sure that it works correctly and looks good on a range of devices
through a platform called UX-Lab testing facility. Airports Company South Africa
partnered with Digital Solutions Group (DSG) and Resolution Circle, a research
and technology company, to test the app on a number of mobile devices. Extensive
work has gone into ensuring the app is simple and intuitive to use for
travellers to benefit immensely from the service.
