Office Hours Coordination

ATNS provides coordination services for South Africa's coordinated airports from 08h00 to 16h00 local time (or 06h00 UTC to 14h00 UTC) on weekdays only (excluding public holidays). The coordination team may be contacted as follows:

After Office Hours Coordination

Outside normal office hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays), the service is provided by the airport operator, Airports Company South Africa.

Important note: the Out of Hours service is handled by the Capacity and Demand Management Office, who will only deal with short-term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests that are sent before 21h00 local time (or 19h00UTC).

All other changes must be submitted to the Coordinator during normal office hours.
