Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd is a state-owned company and a schedule 2 public entity as per the PFMA, and is accountable to the Minister of Transport on behalf of the South African Government.

The independent Board of Directors is appointed by the Minister of Transport, and is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of Airports Company South Africa. The Executive committee, under the leadership of the CEO, is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Company.
