Baggage wrapping services are available at check-in areas. Lost luggage inquiries should be directed to your airline's baggage services desk.
Porter services are available in designated areas throughout the terminal. Porters are identifiable by their uniforms. A gratuity of approximately R20 per item is customary.

A bureau de change, on the ground floor of the international arrivals/departures terminal, is open when international flights arrive and depart.

The car parks at King Shaka International Airport use the pay-on-foot system. The Multi Storey Parking accommodates 1500 bays, Shaded Parking accommodates 2220 bays and Long Stay Parking 765, the Pick-up Zone accommodates xxTrolleys are available from the car park areas, which are within walking distance of the terminals.The pay stations accept coins (R1, R2 and R5) and notes (R10, R20, R50 and R100).
