Safety

Prohibited items - Don't pack objects with sharp points or sharp edges and prohibited items in your hand luggage. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as toy weapons, knives, pepper spray, mace, razor blades, cork screws or screwdrivers.

Baggage- Keep your hand luggage with you at all times. Do not leave any baggage, handbags or parcels unattended. Don't carry anything on to an aircraft for someone else. If you are asked to do so, please contact the airport security. Report any unattended baggage or suspicious looking packages to the nearest airport representative or the police.

Gifts - Don't wrap gifts. Our security teams may wish to view them properly, and they may ask you to unwrap them.

Luggage

Items not allowed in your Unchecked Baggage or Checked Baggage

• Items which are likely to endanger the aircraft or persons or property on board the aircraft, such as those specified in the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations,
• Checked Baggage -Fragile or perishable items, valuable items including, but not limited to money, jewellery, precious metals, computer equipment, personal electronic devices, stored data, any medication or medical equipment which may be required in-flight or during the Passenger's trip or which cannot be quickly replaced if lost or damaged, house or car keys, valuable documents, samples and mechanical car parts or any other item that may be considered of value.
• Unchecked Baggage- anything containing explosives (for example, Christmas crackers, fireworks or fire crackers) and incendiary materials; knives of any kind/type/shape or size; letter openers; metal cutlery; catapults; slingshots, razor blades and straight razor blades (excluding safety razors and accompanying cartridge blades); tradesmen's tools; darts; scissors; nail files; hypodermic needles and syringes (unless required for medical reasons and accompanied by a medical certificate confirming the medical condition necessitating carriage); knitting needles; corkscrews; sporting bats and clubs; hard sporting balls; billiard, snooker or pool cues; martial arts devices and mechanical car parts 

International flights only

Liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) - All LAGs need to be packed in a re-sealable transparent plastic bag and the total capacity of this bag cannot exceed one litre. You are only allowed to carry containers that have a maximum capacity of 100ml each. Each passenger can carry only one of these bags and these bags must be presented to security personnel for inspection.

Medication - If you need to take medicines with you on an international flight, try to keep them in their original packaging. You will be asked to present them to security personnel at the screening points. Remember to bring your prescription with you, as this will assist security in identifying the medicines and will prevent delays.

Special needs

• Passengers with mobility restrictions requiring special access can contact the Airline/ Info Desk. Special needs passengers should also contact their respective airline 24 hours in advance.
