Ms. Lauriette Sesoko, newly appointed Group Executive for Commercial and Business Development at Airports Company South Africa, effective 11 March 2024. Ms. Sesoko has extensive experience in introducing actionable strategies and plans that deliver exponential revenue growth and facilitate business growth and development. She is a highly accomplished and experienced leader, with expertise spanning key corporate disciplines including marketing, customer relations, business development, property, strategy, and operations management.

Lauriette has held executive positions in various companies, including Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA), as the General Manager: Commercial and Marketing. She successfully executed key Private Sector Participation (PSP) projects and concluded long-term Terminal Concessions at several of South Africa's seaports.

Lauriette holds a Master's degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa's School of Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bophutatswana (North-West University). Ms. Sesoko has also completed an Executive Women Development Programme (Transnet Executive Leadership Programme) through the Gordon Institute of Business Sciences (GIBS), a Diploma in Company Direction (Directors Training Programme) with the Graduate Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT & IODSA), as well as a Senior Port Management Programme through Port of Antwerp (Belgium).​
