An admitted attorney and a seasoned legal professional and executive with over 20 years in legal practice, governance, investigation and cross-border road transport regulation. Ms Mahlangu has served in various Boards and Audit Committees, including the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency, the Gauteng Film Commission, the Department of Human Settlements, and the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal, among others. Ms Mahlangu holds a B. Proc, an LLB, the Management Advancement Programme (MAP), and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Fraud Examination and Legislative Drafting. She has also completed several Law courses from various international Law institutions. Her expertise in transport, property and public sector governance will be instrumental in advancing ACSA's strategic objectives.
